To lead and support collaborative research and to advance immunisation policy and practice.

Our impact is measured by how well vaccine preventable diseases are controlled in Australia and beyond.

Our people are our organisation and bring a diverse range of complementary skills and expertise across academia, clinical practice, research, policy advisory, program delivery, social science, communication, epidemiology and data analysis.

Our stakeholders are governments, researchers, public health and healthcare professionals, and the broader community. We are independent but work collaboratively across all sectors to achieve shared goals.

Our scope of work spans the lifecycle of vaccine preventable diseases and covers all ages –it includes clinical, epidemiologic and social research; clinical service delivery and program support; as well as surveillance and program evaluation.
