*Offer available from 23 May 2022 to new clients placing an initial deposit to purchase a Wisdom Homes eligible design. The offer comprises $40,000 credit towards a double storey design and $20,000 credit towards a single storey design as well as additional products. The additional products are Actron Air ducted air conditioning including Air Con Neo Wi-Fi controller and Colorbond roof upgrade including insulation blanket. The $40,000 (double storey designs) or $20,000 (single storey designs) will be deducted from the base price of the New Home Tender and is valid for 7 days after the initial tender presentation date. Any potential tax implications are the responsibility of the customer. The RRP quoted as the value for the additional products will vary depending on the size of the home design. If the full RRP dollar value quoted for the package is not used, it will not be available as a discount off the base price of the home or redeemable for cash.
